Lavender Farm Inspired Art

Sequim is gearing up for its highly anticipated Lavender Weekend, scheduled from July 19-21, 2024. Known as the Lavender Capital of North America®, Sequim transforms into a fragrant wonderland during this annual celebration, attracting visitors from all over to experience its vibrant lavender fields and local shops.

Adding to the festival this year, the Blue Whole Gallery is featuring artwork creative specifically for the lavender season. This unique collection showcases the talent of local artists who have visited and drawn inspiration from Sequim’s lavender fields. The pieces range from traditional paintings to sculptures to more contemporary and mixed media pieces, all capturing the essence and beauty of the lavender landscape.

Stop by the gallery in July to see our art and take home a piece of Sequim’s charm and festival’s spirit. Participating Lavender Farms include: Old Barn Lavender Company, Cedarbrook Herb & Lavender Farm, B & B Family Farm, Jardin du Soleil, Rainshadow Lavender Farm, Gnomelicious Lavender, Lavender Connection, In Bloom Lavender Farms, Purple Haze Lavender Farm, Olympic Bluffs Lavender Farm & Cidery, Nelson’s Duck Pond and Lavender, and Graymarsh Farm.
