The Blue Whole Gallery is pleased to announce the first collaboration of the year with the Olympic Peninsula Authors (OPA) on Wednesday, January 8th from 2-3pm at the Blue Whole Gallery, 129 W. Washington St. The theme will be “Who Shaped Your Story?”
The event will focus on storytelling beyond the page, as authors share the figures – comedians, poets, essayists, novels or even philosophers-who have profoundly influenced their lives and written work. “Whether it’s a comedian or a poet, we’re all looking for someone who helps us explain life – or at least laugh at its mysteries” said the Blue Whole Gallery Board President Janet Piccola.
This Writers Read event is free and the public is welcome. The Blue Whole Gallery hours are 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday. The gallery is closed on Sundays in January.
