The artists of Blue Whole Gallery are celebrating the New Year with a presentation of their best work. The gallery windows will display pieces each artist considers to be among their finest. Janet Piccola, gallery president and pottery artist, is curating the presentation. “The Best of Show gives each artist an opportunity to present what they like most about their work,” stated Piccola. “My job as curator is to find a way to showcase each piece, presenting that piece in its best light.” Many of the artists will be present during First Friday Art Walk on January 2 nd between 5 PM and 8 PM. Stop by to see what the Blue Whole Gallery artists consider their best work. Blue Whole Gallery is located at 129 W. Washington and is open Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM. The gallery is closed on Sundays in January.
